As Buffy tries to learn more about Adam and worries about Riley’s recovery, an old adversary returns. Faith wakes up from her coma where she’s been haunted by a dream of Buffy stabbing her, even stalking her. Faith learns that the mayor’s plans went awry and he left her a video to give her one last mysterious gift – a charm to wear around her hand though we don’t know what it does.
